WARRANTY POLICY
Horizon Projectors, Console Platters, Build-Up Tables and Rewind Tables are backed by a one-year parts warranty and are guaranteed to be free of factory defects in materials and workmanship. Parts will be provided on an as-needed basis during the warranty period at no charge to the user. Parts may be ordered online or by contacting Horizon Parts. Horizon Lenses are backed by a one-year factory warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a lens is found to be defective or develop defects due to factory materials or workmanship within one year, a new lens will be provided to the customer on an exchange-basis.
Horizon Xenon Bulbs have a warranty for 1,000 hours of useful life under normal conditions and with adequate ventilation. Horizon Xenon Bulbs carry a warranty exchange program on a graduated scale based on the amount of useful life obtained from the bulb. Horizon Xenon Bulbs are warranted against manufactures defects in materials and workmanship up to 600 hours of operation and Horizon will replace a bulb at no charge to the user if a bulb becomes defective within this time period. Bulbs becoming defective between 600 and 1,000 hours will be replaced with a comparable Horizon bulb based on the amount of the useful life obtained by the old bulb, with the replacement bulb being billed at the same percentage of useful life realized from the old bulb. If a Horizon Bulb explodes during the warranty period, causing damage to a Horizon reflector, Horizon will supply a new reflector at no charge. |
