Horizon is dedicated to providing the highest quality full-feature commercial film projection equipment and accessories for the modern multiplex cinemas at unparalleled savings. Horizon 35mm projection equipment is designed for use by professionals in commercial cinema envionments. Users, by purchasing Horizon products, certify that they are knowledgeable of 35mm commercial film technology and understand what they are buying and how to safely and properly install and operate 35mm film projection systems. Users assume all responsibility for operating equipment in a safe and responsible manner, and for providing adequate training and support to operators using such equipment. Users shall hold Horizon harmless from any type of damages or injuries claimed by the user, which arises from its use of a Horizon film product. Users acklnowledge that they have received good and valuable services, solutions and equipment at acceptable pricing in exchange for waiving their future rights to bring any action against Horizon for damages arising from its use of Horizon film products. Xenon lamphouses require proper ventilation to maintain maximum performance and validate warranty, a minimum of 400cfm roof ventilator for 2k~3k units, and 800cfm for 4k~5k unit; failure to comply may void or limit warranties and/or not achieve peak performance.

You may refuse any damaged products if damaged by the shipper; you must refuse such at the time of delivery. Please contact Horizon immediately in this event to expedite a replacement product. Products damaged by users cannot be returned. Merchandise returned for any reason requires an RA (Return Authorization) number. Orders are subject to a deposit and are not considered placed until the deposit has been received by Horizon. Deposits may be made by Check, Cash, Money Order, Credit Card or Bank Wire. Deposits are not refundable. Estimated delivery times will be provided and coordinated on all orders; Horizon is not responsible for force majeur or acts beyond its control regarding shipping. User is to inspect product at time of receipt to ensure no items are missing.

Except as otherwise noted, frieght on projection equipment and parts is F.O.B. California or Texas, meaning that the user is responsible for frieght to its final destination after arrival in the U.S. Frieght on new bulb orders is free in the U.S. except for next-day delivery and except to Hawaii and Alaska. All items international shipments freight F.O.B. Texas except as otherwise specified.

No warranties exist, whether expressed or implied, other than the factory warranties and/or those stated herein and/or published on our website; see WARRANTY INFO. Information, specifications, and pricing contained on our website is considered correct to the best of our knowledge, and supercedes any information provided by agents, staff or employess of Horizon, whether verbal or in writing, unless such comes from a duly-authorized officer of Horizon.
